1 Agree to the terms

I have read and agree to the Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, version 1.2.

On behalf of my company I accept the Terms of Service, version 1.5, and the Client Service Agreement, version 1.10, including the sections on no legal advice, no guarantee of results, limitation of liability, and the representations about the documents I am submitting. I confirm I am authorized to accept them and to submit these documents. Under Section 11, I confirm that my disclosure of each document to PoleProof is permitted under any confidentiality obligation I owe my pole owner, or that I have obtained any consent required, or that I have redacted what I am not permitted to disclose. Under Section 9.1(a), to the extent the law permits, I indemnify PoleProof against a pole owner claim arising from that disclosure, capped under Section 9.1 at the greater of fees paid and owed and fifty thousand US dollars. Under Section 5, PoleProof does not contact pole owners, access pole owner systems, render engineering opinions, or represent me before the FCC or any state commission; its findings are analysis, not legal advice.

This protects both sides before anything confidential changes hands. The upload and submit stay locked until both are in place.

Your documents are used to produce your findings report. As explained in our Privacy Policy, we also derive de-identified, aggregated benchmark data from submissions, with your identity and your specific transactions removed, and we never disclose your raw documents or your identifiable information to another client or to a pole owner. We also delete what you send: 90 days if you do not go ahead, and 12 months after your engagement closes if you do. See our NDA, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
